Initial Visit: Please arrive 10 minutes early. This will give you time to fill out your health history and set up direct billing (those with extended health benefits). It is important for your information to be complete and accurate, so the therapist can modify your treatment as needed. An initial assessment will be conducted, and your treatment goals will be discussed prior to your massage.


Privacy: Your privacy is important and your information will be kept confidential, unless required by law, as per the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004.
