Initial Visit: Please arrive 5 minutes early. This will give you time to fill out your health history and set up direct billing (for those with extended health benefits). Your information must be complete and accurate so the practitioner can modify your treatment as needed. An initial assessment will be conducted, and your treatment goals will be discussed prior to your treatment.


Privacy: Your privacy is important and your information will be kept confidential, unless required by law, as per the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004.

Registered Massage Therapy: is a primarily hands-on modality that treats soft tissues of the body. This includes muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints to optimize health. We focus on the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems. Depending on the RMT and additional training, cupping therapy and passive stretching, among other techniques, may be integrated into your treatment. Additional training in Prenatal, TMJD, Cupping Therapy and Trauma-Informed Practice. 

Registered Acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at most body systems and how they function. We will check your pulse and look at your tongue. There are two important diagnostic tools to see how your organ systems function. You will receive an acupuncture treatment at your first appointment and discuss if cupping and other modalities are appropriate to incorporate.

After the treatment, most people report less pain, better sleep, and a sense of relaxation and calm.
