
Hannah graduated with Honours from Georgian College in Barrie in 2022. Ever since a young age, Hannah has been heavily involved in sports. She was a competitive figure skater for 15 years and competed at provincial championships with a podium finish. She also achieved a gold standing in each of the 4 disciplines, making her a quadruple gold skater.
Hannah’s intensive involvement in sports and her interest in human anatomy led her to become a massage therapist. She uses an evidence-based approach to optimize treatment for each patient’s specific needs and help them achieve their goals. She enjoys integrating diverse techniques, including joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and targeted muscle treatment to reduce muscle tension. Hannah likes recommending a home care plan that may include stretching, strengthening, and hydrotherapy to prevent injury.
Hannah is passionate about working with patients experiencing chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, pregnancy, and general relaxation, and about focusing on pain management and rehabilitation.
