Ben, Registered Massage Therapist

Ben is a big advocate for the importance of exercise and movement on health. After realizing how beneficial staying active is, and how common chronic pain is, he decided to pursue massage as an avenue to help people and remove barriers standing between people and a more healthy lifestyle.

He is trained in a variety of techniques, but has found a deep, slower approach to treatment often the most effective to reduce tension and restore function.

Ben’s interest in health and fitness led him to a B.Sc in Human Kinetics before learning massage at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

Ben began his massage therapy career in 2017, and has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, and has provided massage therapy during competitions to athletes at Wilfred Laurier University and the University of Guelph.
