“There are many life factors (stress and work to name a few) that affect biomechanics and activities of daily living. Whether you are seeking a wellness or an impairment treatment, together, we will determine the best course of action for symptom management. I focus on client’s goals and provide knowledge on body alignment and remedial exercise to enhance the body for the future.”
